ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Since 2010 The Southeast Arkansas Economic Development District has worked with our State and Federal Partners to attract over $36,000,000 in investments to expand and attract business and industry to our region.

As a requirement of the US Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration Planning Investment, Southeast Arkansas Economic Development District developed a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) that will serve as a blueprint to diversify and strengthen our regional economies.

Southeast Arkansas Economic Development District’s CEDS is now available for review. Download 2023 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (PDF)

If you have any questions concerning the CEDS, please contact Patrecia Hargrove. phargrove@southeastarkansas.org
